Platform, merchant, payment, and API service terms.

Effective date: 29 March 2026. These Service Terms describe how MIAOMEME may provide account infrastructure, merchant onboarding, payment access, support, reporting, API tools, partner programs, and related platform services.

Scope of services

Account access, KYC and KYB workflows, card application flows, merchant onboarding, payment routing support, reporting, rewards, dashboards, and support operations.

Availability

Availability may vary by market, partner processor, verification outcome, maintenance windows, product rollout stage, and legal restrictions.

Platform discretion

MIAOMEME may add, withdraw, condition, or limit services where risk, compliance, partner requirements, abuse, or operational dependency makes it necessary.

Merchant onboarding and operating terms

  • Merchants must submit complete and accurate legal-entity, beneficial-owner, website, descriptor, settlement, and operating-country information.
  • Activation, settlement timing, reserves, rolling review, payout windows, and risk controls may depend on business type, geography, transaction mix, and partner requirements.
  • Merchants must cooperate with refund handling, dispute response, evidence requests, audit support, and ongoing compliance reviews.
  • MIAOMEME may pause or restrict merchant processing where prohibited activity, excessive disputes, compliance gaps, or onboarding deficiencies are identified.

Partner and channel terms

  • Partners, introducers, and secondary agents may only use approved positioning, approved marketing materials, and approved claims.
  • No party may promise guaranteed approval, guaranteed settlement, guaranteed card issuance, or guaranteed earnings without express written authorization.
  • Partner access may be limited or revoked for misconduct, legal risk, misuse of branding, or failure to follow campaign and compliance rules.
  • MIAOMEME may restructure partner territories, statuses, and program incentives as the business evolves.

Developer, API, and infrastructure terms

  • API keys, webhooks, and technical credentials are issued for authorized integration use only and must be kept secure.
  • Rate limits, sandbox access, event delivery, and technical support may change based on plan, risk profile, or service dependency.
  • You must not attempt to bypass limits, intercept other accounts, or interfere with platform integrity, routing, or monitoring systems.
  • MIAOMEME may rotate credentials, suspend endpoints, or require re-validation where security or platform integrity requires it.

Fees, changes, and suspension

  • Commercial terms, pricing, settlement economics, and reserves may vary by geography, processor, product mix, and risk posture.
  • Published information on the site may be supplemented by separate onboarding notices, partner schedules, or account-level commercial documents.
  • MIAOMEME may suspend or terminate services where fraud, abuse, non-payment, sanctions exposure, incomplete verification, or unlawful use is detected.
