User Terms
User rules for accounts, card access, rewards, referrals, and virtual cat collectibles.
Effective date: 29 March 2026. These User Terms apply to individuals who browse, register for, or use MIAOMEME member products, including account access, KYC, card applications, rewards, support, and virtual cat experiences.
Eligibility and account setup
- You must provide accurate registration details, contact information, and any identity information requested during onboarding.
- You may only create and operate accounts for yourself unless MIAOMEME has approved another operating model in writing.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials, devices, recovery methods, and notifications secure.
- MIAOMEME may request additional information before enabling cards, rewards, referrals, or other protected features.
KYC, cards, and account status
- Card access, card upgrades, limits, and related services may depend on verification status, geography, partner approval, and ongoing risk review.
- MIAOMEME may delay, refuse, restrict, or withdraw card access where identity checks, sanctions checks, fraud controls, or partner rules require it.
- You must keep application details current and promptly update contact, residency, and identity information when it changes.
- Use of cards, payment features, and account tools must remain lawful and consistent with published program rules.
Rewards, referrals, and virtual cats
- Blind boxes, invitations, growth points, and virtual cats are promotional or engagement mechanics tied to card activation, referrals, spend, or campaign milestones.
- MIAOMEME may change eligibility, reward formulas, issuance timing, campaign windows, rarity disclosures, and redemption mechanics with notice on the platform.
- Hidden or limited-edition cats may be displayed in partial or silhouette form until the applicable event, reveal, or campaign milestone is complete.
- Rewards have no guaranteed cash value unless a specific campaign explicitly states otherwise.
Prohibited conduct
- No fraud, synthetic identities, referral farming, card abuse, reward manipulation, chargeback abuse, or sanctions evasion.
- No use of MIAOMEME for illegal goods, unlawful payments, misleading financial claims, or unauthorized investment solicitation.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, credential attacks, automation abuse, or attempts to bypass account, API, or security controls.
- No impersonation of MIAOMEME staff, partners, or approved merchants.
Suspension, closure, and service changes
- MIAOMEME may suspend, limit, or close access where fraud risk, legal risk, repeated policy breach, partner restrictions, or incomplete verification is present.
- Feature availability may change by market, partner, compliance outcome, campaign window, or product rollout stage.
- Where practical, MIAOMEME will use in-product notices, email, or dashboard messaging to communicate material service changes.
Support and contact
- Support requests, disputes, and account reviews must be raised through the official MIAOMEME channels shown on the site.
- Additional local disclosures, cardholder notices, and processor terms may apply depending on your market and product configuration.
